Key elements within the Prairie Turn Protective Covenants:

Only single-family homes
Minimum home size 1100 sq.ft. Maximum, 3500 sq.ft.
May have up to one garage and one utility building per lot
Construction of home must begin within 2-years of lot purchase and completed within 12 months of start
Basic residential landscaping required within 6 months of construction completion.
Buildings and landscaping must be maintained and kept looking neat
Catalytic converters are required in any fireplace or wood/pellet burning stove
Campers, trailers, tractors, equipment, etc. must be parked away from view
No inoperative vehicles allowed to be parked for prolonged periods on the street
No livestock, poultry, or dogs shall be kept or maintained on these lots outside of the dwelling
Dogs must be on a leash or safely contained within a fence when outside
Variances to a covenant may be requested and will be openly considered if for sound reasons
