Winter Parking Guidelines

In order for the snowplow operators to quickly and safely clear the streets, it’s important that all cars are parked on the same side of the street. 

1.  Sun Street – park on north side of street along the Community Center, east side of street on the rest of Sun Street

2.  Crescent Lane – park on west/south side of street

3.  Tamarind Court – park on east side of street

As a reminder, the operators have been instructed to make two passes through all the streets, then clear the driveways, then go back and finish clearing the streets.  Depending on the amount of snow, the number of break-downs, and the drifting snow, this whole process can take many hours with our small plow and snow blower.  Please be patient and know that the operators are working long hours to clear your streets and driveways for you.  If your car is parked out on the street and you see the operators out plowing, you may want to move your car to an area that has already been plowed so that they can plow in front of your house.
