Throughout Its history Stelle's many innovators have applied their creative talents. The result is the following list of 'Firsts':
-First Solar powered telephone company in the U.S. (pictured above).
-First solar-powered, wireless internet service in the U.S.
-First municipal reverse osmosis (R.O.) water treatment system in the U.S. (this system is no longer in service)
-First integrated education program that covered from pre-natal stimulation thru high school
-First wind-electric powered village water treatment plant east of the Mississippi (maybe in the U.S.)
